BSP Life PNG is looking for 25 enthusiastic and motivated Insurance Advisors to join our Kokopo Sales Office. • Identify and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting and solution-based selling.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional advice on insurance solutions.
• Maintain an active and robust client network for continuous business growth.
• Work independently and proactively to deliver results with minimal supervision.

• Financially stable with a strong personal or professional network.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service focus and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proven analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Computer literate and result-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently to achieve business goals.
