ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

- Agreement – By entering into the promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&C)
- Applicable Laws – This Promotion is governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Duration of promotion: The promotion begins on 01 July 2024 and ends on 31 December 2024.
- Deadline of submission : 12:00 Midnight 31 December 2024 (PNG time)
- To enter the promotion, companies or associations must successfully sign up to purchase a Wantok Group Term Life Policy with BSP Life PNG Limited (BSP Life) during the promotion period. Successfully sign up means the customer has been issued and accepted the WGTL Quote.
- BSP Life staff and contracted Insurance Agents are excluded to part take in this promotion
- Winner Selection: Winners will be selected as and when they confirm acceptance of the WGTL Quote. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during the quotation process. The amount of free Personal Accident cover (PA 2-26), will be determined by BSP Life PNG Ltd based on our assessment of the risk involved.
- Publicity: By entering the promotion, participants agree to BSP Life’s use of their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Policy Cancellation or Lapsed: No premium refunds will be made to the winners if the policy is cancelled or lapsed. Should the policy be lapsed or cancelled within 6 months of this promotion then BSP Life reserves the right to recover the premium from the participant(s).
- Privacy: Information collection during the promotion will be used in accordance with BSP Life’s privacy policy.
- Disqualification: BSP Life reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
- Changes to the Promotion: BSP Life reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
